Sarita journey from 84.5kgs to 67kgs

We crossed our paths in July and after discussing everything with gaps we finally started our journey in December for 4 weeks.

The only medical issues bani had was Vitamin D deficiency. With food she had no issues with anything in a north indian diet except for curd. The biggest issue despite the weight was arms and shoulders.

Her sleep cycle wasn’t aligned with the body clock and she did used to skip meals too. And despite trying multiple things she didn’t get much results, irrespective of that too she was highly motivated to start. And her biggest motivation was her own old self

We started off at 84kgs with mild discomfort of sticking to timings but still she managed to lose 500gms in the first week itself. By the time we reached our third week people started noticing changes in her body and did ask what she upto. And yes the biggest joy was this when people complimented her about looking slim. She was down by 2.5 kgs and that’s when she had her first outside meal on her anniversary.

The best thing about working with her was her joy. She used to enjoy every single meal with so much joy.

Before her 4th week ended she already enrolled for 3 months.

In First 4 weeks she dropped to 81kgs from 84kgs and we took a break for a week for her goa trip.

During her goa trip she herself saw so much of difference in the way she looked and surprisingly didn’t even gain much weight there

We started off. She was already down 2-3inches on every part of the body.

She actually was 56kgs before marriage and ended up being 71kgs within a year. As she was doing gym on and off instead of losing the weight her weight kept on going up and reached 84.

And her biggest motivation was reaching where she was before. And before the story ends let me show you that she’s already there right now.

And no it wasn’t a very smooth journey of losing weight continuously. Her weight was indeed stuck for more than 3 weeks. But yes stopping is never an option, you need to keep going on with your efforts for your own dream body.

But yes eventually we entered in 70s after a month of almost stagnant weight.

And what’s the most helpful part apart from her consistency was her salad intake everyday. Raw vegetables and fruits do help you alot when it comes to weight loss.

By the end of 7th week she had already dropped her weight from 84.5kgs to 78kgs. We paused the plan and started again in April because of the pandemic situation. And even with that gap she did lose 2kgs because she maintained all things she learned during the course.

Each passing week not only her scale reflected her efforts, even her body did too.

She was able to fit perfectly in a dress which was tight last year on her birthday. Her old clothes started fitting well, here’s she in her 10 year old kurta. And her 5 years apart in same shorts.

From 84.5kgs to 67kgs.

The journey isn’t over yet. We still work together on and off but what’s maintaining her weight is her consistency in doing all very basic things that she learned during the course.
