Returns and Refunds Policy

All our clients are very important to us, that’s why Dietholics By Vani (“Company”), has created the following Refund Policy to let You know how we handle the refunds for the goods & services ordered and bought on our website http://dietholics.com (“Website”).

The terms “You,” “Your,” and “Yours” refer to the entity/ person/ organization using our Website. When this Policy mentions “we”, “us,”, and “our” it refers to the Company and its subsidiaries or /and affiliates. The term “goods” refers to any product, service or item bought on our Website by You.

This Refund Policy is governed by our Terms of Services.

Any plan once sold will not be eligible for a refund. You have the right to freeze your membership maximum upto 2 months anytime during the course with prior information. Only in 12 weeks plan and above. Any further exceptions are subject to approval. No freeze in 4 weeks plan.

The right to withdraw your membership if you have not requested to freeze within 30 days without giving a reason does not apply to legal persons (e.g. companies, entrepreneurs).

This Refund policy does not limit Your statutory rights to avail the promised services in your plan.

NO REFUND POLICY

Any services that you have opted for will not be refunded, if you have made any incorrect purchase, Dietholics will help you to adjust the plan for equivalent weeks. If the plan purchased does not meet the mutually agreed amount, we will be unable to offer a plan.

Please contact our Relationship Manager/Enrolment team to begin the freeze process. The Relationship Manager/Enrolment team will walk you through the process and help you.

In case of the payment issues from the bank side, we do not take any responsibility until the amount is credited to Dietholics By Vani.

You must exercise the refund policy and You are responsible for the lapse of your plan, if plan duration gets breached and you have not informed or requested for any freeze. If the plan is not being freezed or an emergency is not being informed, we won’t be able to accept the extension request.

Once the requests have been received and checked by our staff, your plan will be freezed and will be unfreezed only upon request. Maximum freeze duration is 2 months once started and approved by Dietholics by Vani.

If You fail to meet the deadlines of our Freeze policy, we will be unable to offer an extension. Refunds will not be entertained in any given circumstances and exceptions are only subject to approval.

REFUND EXCEPTIONS

There is no refund policy in any given circumstances.

You must contact our company at dietholics21@gmail.com or Relationship Manager within 30 days upon purchase and provide detailed information, such as:

● Your case details through Form Fill-up
● Payment slip to Relationship Manager
● Your pictures (stays confidential), any exceptions for not providing will be approved by the Company.
Any failure in adhering to above information can lead to lapse of your opted plan and allows the company to forfeit your promised services.

When submitting a complaint, You must indicate how You wish the issue to be resolved with a detailed case scenario, which will be reviewed and reverted by the Company.

FURTHER INFORMATION

This Policy is created by Dietholics By Vani and the Refund Policy applies only to the refunds for the goods and services sold by our Company. Our Policy does not apply to the refunds for the goods and services offered by other companies or individuals.
