How Krishna Went from weighing 74.1 kg to 62.4 kgs despite having hormonal imbalance & irregular periods!
Krishna started her journey in October. She weighed about 74.1 kgs and hormonal imbalance. Had irregular periods too.
In diet, her preference for cuisine was Indian Gujarati food. Initially she was home for vacation so it was easy to follow as later she had to shift back to PG for her college studies.
We started on 18th October 2019 and her weight came down to 72.4 on 24th October 2019.
Within a week all by home cooked meals like farsan, rawa bread pizza, rice dishes, kadhi , paneer tikka , besan roti , dal , soup , black channa chat etc. Overall body HIIT home workout.
By 31st October she was down by 4 kgs in less than 15 days with visible inch loss.
What she loved was the coconut coffee all through the diet. With cheats like kachori, sweets and ice cream she lost a kg in third week.
Around 14th November she had to leave for her pg and had to take all the groceries to cook there easily.
By end of 4 weeks she lost 8 kgs.
There was not any sort of boiled bland food. Here are few meal pictures for the whole month.
The workout was for overall body and kept changing every week. 5 week started off in pg and she used to wake up at 5am everyday to workout and cook her own food. Breakfast and snack 1 combined into 1 meal due to college hours. When she went to the college what amazed her was the fact that the inch loss was so much visible. All her friends complimented her for the same and it in return boosted her morale more.By this time after like 7 weeks the results were much visible in her overall looks especially with the reduction in belly fat and arms.
Some weeks the loss was 0.5 kg or even over 2 kgs even no loss at times and it varied every week. And no she wasn’t on diet entirely the whole time. She did enjoy dairy milk or a full cheese pizza at times.
And by the beginning of January we completed our journey of 12 weeks at 62.4 kgs.

Even after leaving the diet she did continue to exercise everything from all the ones she did in 12 weeks. Even with weddings cheat meals or her birthday celebration she still lost 1 kg more.
Right now also she’s still maintaining her weight at around 60 kgs. Till date a lot Her family and friends joined Dietholics too for their health, because they got inspired seeing her transform in front of their eyes.
And by the beginning of January we completed our journey of 12 weeks at 62.4 kgs.
