We give you a simple and easy homemade food diet, and it is just a combination of everything you ate all your life. The only key we focus on is creating the right balance in your meal plans, and your body starts showing a positive change, not just in weight loss but even in your hormonal balance, skin, acne, bloating, medical issues ( if any ).

To be crystal clear with you, we will never be speaking about calories, macros, or macros with you because we don’t believe in it. We believe in nutrition, and that’s precisely what we deliver to your body in the plan. We don’t do high protein, low carbs or any random fad diets.

You must be wondering if you have to eat what you ate for the whole of your life, how will you lose weight?
The critical point is not the food that helps you gain or lose weight alone. It is always a balance between how much you eat and when you eat. Your body doesn’t need fancy food. It only recognizes your staple food to be healthy to function best.

This brings us to a part, is food enough?
As important as eating your food in a proper balance is, it is also essential for your body to engage in physical activity. With physical activity, we don’t need hours of workouts or dumbbells to get results. It is your whole day movement that helps. And when it comes to that 30-60 minutes workout for the day, it should aim at your heart movement for better results.

The workout we give you is simple yet really effective.
You only need a space in your home to do it. No need to go out, no machine or extra weights required. And yes, it won’t take much time off your busy schedule, but yes, making time for it from your busy schedule should entirely be your responsibility because it is your body at the end of the day.

We provide Meal Plans with simple Indian home-made meals. There is a balance of everything – you will get your Roti, parantha, Dal, sabji, rice, poha, sandwich, Dosa, Upma, Cheela, dhokla, idli, pasta, smoothies etc in my diet.

Choice of Cuisine and Preference of vegetarian , eggs or non-vegetarian is completely yours.

Average weight people lose with me in a 24 days plan is 2 kgs - 5 kgs whereas
a minimum of 4 kgs and a maximum of 12 kgs in 8 Weeks and so on.

Though it completely depends on your medical conditions, hormones, lifestyle, metabolism, age, gender and how much weight you are on.

The more you weigh, the more you lose quickly and vice versa.

Also it is an outcome of how much effort and dedication you put in to follow the diet, workout, instructions and the lifestyle I am providing to you. If you do not follow everything or miss out things you will most likely not see any progress.

I don’t guarantee you ANY weight number in advance. Nor do I promise you xyz kilos in a certain time frame. Whatever weight you drop is how your body reacts to the whole transformation plan. I can only customize things for you based on the information provided in the form.

If you are someone who has been on the same weight for months or years and haven’t lost anything despite doing diets or exercise please consult a good Endocrinologist to see whether you have any medical issues or hormonal imbalance that’s not letting you lose weight. Only then sign up.

No, we cannot. There is no food that you can eat and it will go to your body part and begin cutting fat from there. In the same way you cannot just do crunches everyday and have a flat stomach. Anybody claiming to help you spot reduce doesn’t even know basics for weight loss.

What we do here is help your body function in a way that it begins losing fat from all body parts that it feels are not necessary for you to store. Eventually giving you an overall healthy, lean and fit body.

We require your measurements, full body pictures and weight picture on scale the day you begin with us. From that day 1 every day 6 we ask you to update us with the same parameters to compare how the weekly diet plan helped you. Your measurements and pictures help us understand how your body is losing fat too along with the weight on scale. All of this data is completely confidential and only monitored by Nutritionist Vani.

If you have any medical issues we do need the latest reports and regular readings for the same as well.

Can we provide you with a sample or trial plan?
No, because we don’t have one. All diet plans are customized as per height , Weight, eating habits, medical history, and lifestyle. We do not sell random fixed diet plans, therefore we are unable to provide any sample.

However, here’s the kind if diet plan we will create:

• Homemade , seasonal and traditional food. No fad or extreme diets
• Only wholesome home food . NO shakes / supplements / pills

We are not selling you a product or supplement. It is something you have to guarantee yourself that you will be committed and self-disciplined throughout your journey with us in this plan.
The weight will not bounce back as long as you remain self-disciplined and continue with the lifestyle changes being mindful of your daily diet. Please make sure you set realistic goals according to your body before you join on this journey with us.

What all things do you have to do in our plans?
40% menu plan
10% physical activity
50% lifestyle changes

And the results will only come if you stick to everything properly.
If you miss any of the following things that we provide, eat outside the diet. It will 100% affect your progress.

We work from Monday to Saturday for weekly updates , follow up, doubts and queries of already registered clients.

10am To 6pm ( Indian Clients )
10am To 9pm IST ( International Clients )

Once you make the payment,
You are automatically redirected to fill up the Google form.
Also you received an automated generated receipt on the email id you entered while making the payment which is the proof of registration.

Connect with us on WhatsApp to know the details of your Relationship Manager. This process has to be done within 24 hours of joining. You have 30 days from the date of registration to start with the plan.

They will make a WhatsApp group of you , RM and Nutritionist Vani.
Please attach the payment screenshot and the email id used in the form to us in the Whatsapp group.
If you have any sort of medical issues attach the reports, prescription and medicine details on Whatsapp along with above two. No medical issues can be treated without latest reports.

Post this the RM will schedule your introduction call with Vani on an appointment basis.

Once we receive everything it will take upto 72 hours for Nutritionist Vani to go through your case thoroughly. And based on the information provided in the form you’ll receive the update on Whatsapp and email both regarding the plan.

All plans further will be updated on email only on your day 6. We won’t delay from our end in updating you on time and we expect the same from you to update us on time on your day of update.

In all the cases plans are being reviewed, customised and shared by Vani directly.

Relationship Managers are assigned to prioritise your responses. They are not dieticians but working under Vani’s guidance.

So, even in the General Plan you are indirectly connected to Vani.

There is NO REFUND POLICY.

There is no scope for dissatisfaction if you begin with the right expectations and attitude. This is a service where we work on improving your health to improve it, and not a business. There is no exchange of products, supplements or medicines that you dislike and wish to return us back. We charge you for our time , knowledge and expertise, which is irreversible.

In case you do not lose weight or achieve the desired result in a certain time - there is no harm in giving your body more time. Forcefully making your body do something that naturally is not happening at a certain pace is only deteriorating your health just to achieve something quickly on the scale. Which will 100% bounce back.

Due to the nature of services provided, no refund is provided, under any circumstances. So it is important to set your expectations right before joining us. We will not entertain any threats, drama or unnecessary putting your frustrations on us. Maintain the respect and relationship of the service.

If you interrupt or stop the ongoing programme for any reason (such as change of mind, holidays and so on), no refund may be granted to you.
