Case Study How Amandeep Tranformed

Amandeep lives in Edmonton, Canada. She contacted me in February through Instagram. She’s a mother of two beautiful girls and is a homemaker. When she joined me in February she was having THYROID and was also a BREASTFEEDING to her younger daughter.

She’s a non vegetarian and mostly fond of Punjabi meals. She used to do cycling at home as a part of workout before joining me.

WE STARTED WITH 75 KGS. IT IS ABOUT HER 12 WEEKS JOURNEY WITH ME.

In the first week of her plan She had Poha , Dhokla , sabudana khichdi , popcorn , idli , Dal , green vegetable , Roti and Rice.

All of this is more like staple food with a balance and she lost 3KGS IN ONLY HER FIRST WEEK. Also she didn’t do any workout in the first week. It was only the food and improved lifestyle. She gradually started workout out and enjoyed all her meals that she used to beautifully plate them and send me instagram perfect meal pictures. Eventually she got accustomed with the meal portions and they were filling enough.

She was one of the most punctual client. As my plan changes every 7 days and she used to follow a Saturday to Saturday cycle. Every Saturday morning she used to update her weight on time and used to be the first person to ask for the next plan which i really liked about her dedication.

There were times when she could not have the same meal because of handling everything alone with two kids becomes stressful, and that’s completely okay. But she did follow her plans 95% most of the times.

In almost a month time she felt the difference in her looks. She looked more toned and thin than before.

In 6 WEEKS She lost a total of 7kgs and Overall she lost 22inches. Her Waist went down from 39 to 36 and Lower Abdomen from 46 to 41.

By the time April started she lost an overall 9.3kgs of her body weight with thyroid.

She took a gap for 2-3 weeks because her she wasn’t well and was stressed out but also her weight didn’t move much. It continued to be much stable.

In the starting of May people around her started to notice how much she has transformed in her looks and the compliments started. Few people asked her to even stop dieting because she started looking much thinner, but the journey was still not completed.

She took a break till June because there was some family wedding and even after leaving the plan for weeks she still lost 2-3kgs. Her husband was extremely happy with the way she made her progress and so were a lot of people around her.

After seeing her progress around 8-10 people have joined for their transformation journey.

We started again in june and her mother in law joined too. Her journey is still going because it’s all about maintaining a healthy body with proper lifestyle and homecooked food.
