Hi, Myself Nutritionist Vani. I am the only person here who is going to work on your transformation. Based on the information you provide us , I will be customizing a plan for you every week. The only aim for me is to work with you in your journey of weight loss and improving your overall health.
I started my higher studies with English Honors from Delhi University but something always felt missing. I always had an intriguing interest in how the human body functions and its relation to food. Which is when I did a diploma ( DNHE ) course alongside becoming a Nutritionist, and started working with clients. I completed my graduation and did a second degree in Bsc ( Home Science ) from Delhi University because the diploma wasn’t enough for my knowledge. So I am qualified as a Clinical Dietitian but I choose to
Practice further as a Nutritionist Only. After that I did my post graduation diploma , studied over 100 books on food , illness and Indian spice, attended short courses on ayurveda, the connection between mind and body, how you develop any illness with the accumulation of your emotions. I have even practiced with Heal your Life trainers and I coach people on releasing the emotional blocks when it is harming their health. I am a certified Numerologist as well and still learning more in my life to develop and expand my skills.
My life path is to help people heal and recover through me, and my biggest earning is when people come to bless me. At Dietholics by Vani When they tell me how happy they are with the weight loss , how they have improved blood sugar levels, how their bp is completely under control. I have seen people be completely free from thyroid, get their periods with PCOS , become pregnant despite having fertility issues and failed IVF treatments.
It is such a blissful thing to witness people achieve their goals and have a contribution in it. Witnessed So many women who lost weight with us when getting married, took a diet from us for a healthier pregnancy and then lost all their pregnancy weight with us as well. Because of the faith they have had in our plans.
Just giving you a number to reach on scale for weight loss is never my goal. I make it a point to change your lifestyle and get you to adapt to it in such a way that you become and stay fit lifelong.
