Terms and conditions
All our clients are very important to us, that’s why Dietholics By Vani (“Company”), has created the following Refund Policy to let You know how we handle the refunds for the goods & services ordered and bought on our website https://dietholics.com (“Website”).
By Signing up, you agree to the below Terms and Conditions with a consent and no point mentioned can be changed or negotiated in any given circumstances.
1. I/We Understand, Dietholics By Vani does not have any refund policy. Your registration for the plan is counted as final.
2. I/We Understand, Post registration, my plan will start from the day I share my Day 1 weight update and all the further updated plans for the week will be sent on Day 6, each week. Subjective to maximum duration of commencement.
3. I/We Understand, Once I begin and until Dietholics By Vani does not receive my request for freezing the diet plan, my plan will stay in continuation and they will keep sharing the weekly plans even without weekly weight updates also.
4. I/We Understand, Since the day I enroll I am completely free from my side to start anytime , but it needs to be notified to Company in advance (approx date also works within 30 days). If Dietholics By Vani does not receive any update from me about starting the plan within 30 days from the date of registration, the plan will be completely forfeited and stands null by Dietholics By Vani.
5. I/We Understand, Here’s a list of certain things that Dietholics By Vani strictly does not allow from their side.
● Animal milk in direct form
● Milk tea / Milk Coffee
● Weight or strength training in Gym ( HIIT, Yoga, Cardio will be allowed)
● Changing of meal timings without their confirmation
● Any Cheat Days or Meals
If I indulge in any of the above activities which result in no progress “Dietholics By Vani” holds no responsibility for that.
6. I/We Understand, “Dietholics By Vani” thrive to give the best and unbiased plan based on the information provided by us. The results still depend on how my body responds to the whole process. No human body gets the same results, I probably have gained weight in days or years and should give my body equal time to respond in terms of shedding it.
7. I/We understand that my/our communication will be with the relationship manager under Vani’s Supervision except for Personal Care Plans and Reboot plans. All plans are customized and monitored by Vani directly.
8. I/We understand, Calls with Nutritionist Vani are strictly on an appointment basis and will be booked in advance. Slots are subject to her availability.
9. I/We understand the below freeze policy:
There is no freezing for Detox or 4 Weeks plan.
Plans for 12 weeks or above (Individual and couple) can only be frozen for 2 times for up to 1 month each. In order to freeze or unfreeze membership, I need to inform my Relationship Manager in advance.
In continuation to the above point, after 1 month of the freeze, the plan will be auto-unfreezed and Dietholics by Vani will start sharing the plans with me. Any extension to freeze will be counted and exhaustion of a second freeze(if applicable)
Any plans frozen before December,2022 without information will auto-lapse in the new year (2023). If you have informed us of any major health concern or pregnancy will have an exception in this case if we approved no time policy at the time of freezing.
All freeze requests are subject to Company’s approval.
I/We understand, I must contact “Dietholics by Vani” at dietholics21@gmail.com or to the relationship manager within 30 days upon purchase and provide detailed information, such as:
•Your case details through Form Fill-up
•Payment slip to Relationship Manager.
•Sharing pictures is an important process to customize your plan.
•Any pictures shared by you stay confidential.
10. I/We understand, any failure in adhering to the above information can lead to a lapse of my opted plan and allow the company to forfeit your promised services.
11. I/We understand, Any plan once sold will not be eligible for a refund. You have the right to freeze your membership as per Point(9) during the course with prior information in 12 weeks or above plans. Any further exceptions are subject to approval.
12. I/We understand if plan duration gets breached and you have not informed or requested for any freeze. If the plan is not being frozen or the emergency is not being informed, Dietholics by Vani won’t accept the extension request. Refunds will not be entertained in any given circumstances.
13. I/We understand any services that I have opted for will not be refunded, if I have made an incorrect purchase, Dietholics by Vani will help you to adjust the plan for equivalent weeks. If the plan purchased does not meet the mutually agreed amount, we will be unable to offer a plan.
14. I/We understand any exceptions or consideration upon my request is completely subject to approval by Dietholics By Vani.
15. I/We understand, Dietholics By Vani will take 24-72 hours for sharing my Diet Plan after sharing all the requested details by me.
We at Dietholics stay accountable to all the promises and we expect the same from you. If we are here to provide service on time we expect punctuality and accountability from you and keep us in a loop for timely updates on your progress and adherence to policies.
All major updates will be given through Whatsapp or Instagram stories. We don’t have any channels or other personal ways to inform about changes or updates. If you miss watching out those stories we don’t hold any responsibility or accountability on that front. You can always refer to the terms and conditions page.
